In school camps, summer camps, Easter camps, and Carnaval camps, our workshops in collaboration with the Mini Kinos project offer children a unique and creative experience.
They will dive into the world of filmmaking, designing vibrant sets, crafting characters, and mastering the art of stop-motion animation. Working together, they will bring their favorite children's books to life by creating storyboards, posing characters, and capturing each frame to create their own captivating stop-motion films. This hands-on experience sparks creativity, teamwork, and storytelling while providing valuable filmmaking skills in a fun and engaging way.
The Little Prince´s Planet
During the Carnival holiday, children aged 3 to 12 embarked on an unforgettable creative journey at Playroom, Lisbon. Over three days, they explored the enchanting world of The Little Prince, bringing the story to life through art, craftsmanship, and stop-motion animation.

They discovered the timeless tale of The Little Prince, sparking curiosity and creativity.
✂️ Hands-on Crafting – Using wood, they cut, sanded, and designed the book’s iconic characters, improving fine motor skills and artistic expression.
🎬 Stop-Motion Animation – With guidance from Mini Kinos, they learned the basics of stop-motion filmmaking, developing patience, problem-solving, and teamwork as they created their own animated short film.
This workshop was more than just an activity—it was a magical learning experience where children combined literature, craftsmanship, and technology to tell a story in their own unique way! 🌟
